We are pleased to say that this event was very well attended and received, and we are looking to do more of this type of programming in the future to help people experiencing grief through various modalities such as art. Please check back here for updates.
This programming is concluded.
Grief can sometimes make it feel like we show one "face" of sorrow to the world- and keep our true self hidden.
In this two session free Art Therapy program, you can explore mask-making as a way to express the different "faces of grief" and gain tools to heal through sorrow.
Sessions: Oneonta, Jan. 21 and 28, Cooperstown Feb. 4 and 11.
