Home Health Aide

Our hospice team is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in long-term care facilities. As a valued member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, the Home Health Aide provides regular, hands-on support to help patients feel comfortable, maintain dignity, and experience the best possible quality of life at the end of life.

This role requires the ability to work independently while traveling to nursing homes to provide bedside care.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with personal care and daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, hair care, and oral care. The aide may also perform light housekeeping tasks, change linens, ensure patients are safe and comfortable, and offer companionship through conversation and attentive listening during visits.

In addition, the Home Health Aide supports family members by offering guidance and instruction on basic caregiving routines, helping them care for their loved one with confidence when needed.

$18.10 – $19.00/hour
